Who We Are

We're women on a conservation journey.

We are farmers, landowners, agricultural workers, and conservation professionals who share a passion for taking good care of soil, water, and wildlife. We are biologists, researchers, urban gardeners, farm market managers, prairie enthusiasts, hunters, fishers, retirees and young women with dreams of land stewardship. By sharing stories, knowledge and experience, we're working together for a brighter future for the generations to come.

What We Do

Women in Conservation networks in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota host potlucks, field days, webinars, happy hours, summits and other regional gatherings. Our mission is to empower, educate, and inspire women through peer-to-peer support - for the sake of the earth and the wellness created through stewardship.  We are here to nurture land and each other. Join us by connecting with the state networks below.
