Welcome, Mario!

Updated: Jan 28, 2025

We’re thrilled to announce the newest addition to the Michael Fields Agricultural Institute: Rosenaldo (Mario) Zuniga, who joined our Education Team this month as the Underserved Farmer Outreach Coordinator! Based in Milwaukee, Mario will play a key role in helping prospective growers and producers connect with critical federal resources.

Mario brings a wealth of experience in outreach and community engagement, including a major role coordinating national outreach for the Affordable Care Act rollout. His exceptional ability to connect with people has been a hallmark of his career. Coming from a family of migrant farm workers, Mario also has a deep, personal connection to the challenges faced by farming communities. He is uniquely positioned to help us build strong relationships with growers in Milwaukee, Chicago, and Detroit, fostering inclusion and access to vital resources across the region. His work is supported by newly acquired USDA funding from the Office of Partnerships and Public Engagement (Project 2501) and the Natural Resources Conservation Service (RCPP).  We are thrilled to have Mario join us, bringing his passion, skills, and dedication to advancing MFAI’s mission of fostering resilient, regenerative agriculture and supporting farmers. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Mario as he begins this exciting new role with us!

Tiranga Game

Been playing this game for a few days now and it’s not bad honestly. Controls are smooth and easy to use. I didn’t have trouble learning the gameplay. Sometimes matches feel a bit unfair though, especially against stronger players. That part gets annoying. Apart from that it’s fine. I usually play 2 or 3 matches and then close it. Not something I’m fully into, but still okay.

Really enjoyed reading about Mario joining the team, especially the mention of his background in regenerative agriculture and how he’s worked closely with farmers to improve soil health—it adds a lot of depth to what he’ll bring. It made me think about how diverse experiences, even in areas like Programming Assignment Help Online in Australia where structured problem-solving matters, can translate into meaningful real-world impact, so I’m curious to see what specific projects he’ll take on first and how his approach shapes future initiatives.
