Request for Proposals: Light Renovation Work on Equipment Shed

The Michael Fields Agricultural Institute (MFAI) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified contractors for light renovation work on our equipment shed located in East Troy, WI. This project is an important part of our commitment to maintaining functional, well-kept infrastructure that supports our agricultural research, education, and outreach efforts.

The scope of work includes roof repairs to ensure the structure is watertight and sound, along with the demolition and rehabilitation of a small interior shop space. Tasks include the removal of water-damaged materials, the installation of new insulation, and the finishing of drywall to a paint-ready condition.

Interested contractors should schedule a site walkthrough prior to submitting their proposal.

Proposals should include company details, proof of insurance, an estimated timeline and total cost, a list of any subcontractors, and references from similar projects. All proposals will be evaluated based on cost-effectiveness, relevant experience, timeliness, and overall quality of materials and workmanship.
