About the event
This gathering at Klemish Creamery will be a networking potluck, but also an opportunity for women to meet entrepreneur Dixie Klemish and tour the processing plant at this small dairy.
Dixie began Klemish Creamery in November, 2022, making ice cream on the small family dairy farm co-owned with her husband, Randy. Randy and Dixie raised three children on the farm that has been in Randy's family since 1889. Dixie recently retired after 34 years as a rural mail carrier and is currently in the process of becoming a licensed WI cheesemaker and expanding the creamery business to offer more value-added dairy products. The family enjoys welcoming people to the farm to enjoy ice cream and also to give them the opportunity to experience small farm life.
