Staple Crops Symposium Bus Tour

Join Michigan Food and Farming Systems (MIFFS), in partnership with Michael Fields Agricultural Institute (MFAI) for a cross-state bus tour of Michigan staple crops production and marketing! Stops will include a homestead and commercial elderberry farm, and an urban fruit and vegetable farm with on-farm store. Each stop will include a tour or workshop. Topics covered include staple crop production, processing, and marketing.
