We're so excited to participate and educate at this event, brough to you by Artisan Grain Collaborative, Culinary Breeding Network and Seed To Kitchen invite you to an engaging evening of conversation, learning, and tasting. Farm to Flavor brings together plant breeders, farmers, chefs, bakers, and beverage makers to celebrate the power of participatory plant breeding - showcasing how collaboration is shaping the future of food.
Michael Fields Agricultural Institute's Research Director Dr. Nicole Tautges will be at our table, available to talk about Buckwheat varieties she has been trialing with the Artisan Grain Collaborative and the University of Minnesota. MFAI's research on buckwheat varieties is generously sponsored by the Blooming Prairie Foundation. Our buckwheat will be featured in a chef spotlight.
