Non-Profit Boot Camp: Grant Writing for Federal Funding

From finding the right grant program to apply to, designing the project, writing the proposal... actually accessing federal funding can be tough!

Join Margaret Krome of Michael Fields Agricultural Institute and Una Van Duvall for a 3-session, hour-long workshop to strengthen your skills, ability, and confidence around applying for federal USDA funding for agricultural endeavors. The lessons will inform, direct, and coach attendees by utilizing real-life funding examples, peer-to-peer learning, and tips and suggestions on how to design sound projects, find funding and write successful grant proposals. This workshop is hosted by the Wallace Center’s Food Systems Leadership Network, please reach out to Annalina.kazickas@winrock.org with any questions.

Workshops will take place on the following dates and times with a "bonus" workshop and Q&A session scheduled for November 18 for anyone who would like individual discussion about their projects or funding needs. Register by Oct. 30 to have the training materials and resources mailed to you directly from the National Center for Appropriate Technology/ATTRA.
